Upgrade from 2005 to 2008 R2 did not work

I upgraded from 2005 to 2008 R2 32-bit this weekend. The upgrade gave me and error about not finding sqladmin so canceled and finished upgrade.  Database is still running on sql 2005. In the detail log it shows this. How do I get it to upgrade? Do I just run the install disk again?
